Inventive and intriguing storyline with fascinating characters. Story is suspenseful, I’d try to anticipate next events and was continually surprised. Literally, many LOL moments. I’m already half-way through ‘Executed’. Excited for more in this series from RR Haywood!
Narrator Carl Prekopp is truly exceptional. His tone, rhythm and characterizations made the story even more compelling! I will look for his narratives in Audible every time I shop.

Wasted words on superfluous details. Good writing should carry the story not reciting neighbourhoods or radio station or the Narnia book recommendations or what brand of coffee was used. I was born and raised in Denver and the reminisces detract from the story. I put it down in chapter two and don' expect ro pick it up again.

I found the journal at work. Well, I don't know if you'd call it work, but that's where I found it. It's the lost journal of Nikola Tesla, one of the greatest inventors and visionaries ever. Before he died in 1943, he kept a notebook filled with spectacular claims and outrageous plans.
