One of the most popular and beloved introductions to the concept of faith ever written, Mere Christianity has sold millions of copies worldwide. This audiobook brings together C. S. Lewis' legendary radio broadcasts during the war years, in which he set out simply to "explain and defend the belief that has been common to nearly all Christians at all times."

This is a wonderful narration of the NKJV. The problem is that the navigation is nearly nonexistent, listing the entire Bible as chapters 1-1189 divided into 17 groups. Finding the beginning of a book is very frustrating. There are some other small complaints such as the narrator sometimes listing the chapter number but many time not. Figuring out where I’m listening becomes near impossible at that point. I think this audio is best used in the Word of Promise app it was designed for. I’m returning it. I should note that I use 3 different audio bibles daily and have listened to the entire bible over 20 times in the last year. I was really looking forward to this version.

A culmination of many sources taught as only Chuck Missler can do. Bible students of all levels will benefit from reading this book. I consumed it in a day. I will mention upon further research that Ivan Panin’s work only applies to his own NT translation. This was extremely disappointing.
