If you want a healthy, happy relationship, this is a must read. I learned so much and looked bad on many past relationships that failed, and saw where I went wrong. In my current relationship, I learned how to add small things that cultivate connection. This is an all around wonderful approach to happy, healthy, and loving relationships

Seriously, one of the best books I have read in a very, very long time. In my top 3. Seriously, if you're interested in a life free of detrimental self-fulfilling prophecies that harm our happiness and relations with others, this is a must read. The writing is fantastic as it's told in a story format which was super interesting, and a more invigorating way to receive the self-growth messaging. Loved it!
