The sex scenes were too graphic and protracted. I would rather focus on the story line. A good story does not need the gory details.

I did not get through 30 minutes of this book. If I want profanity I will watch any movie on TV. I go to historical novels to be a part of that time period and escape the sadness of today's deteriorating language.

I love this author! She doesn't rely on gratuitous sex scenes to engage an audience. She uses her story!

I really enjoyed this book. Lots of twists and turns in the story. Of course, book 1 was read and performed by Stevie Zimmerman (who is my absolute favorite) was more enjoyable to listen to, but the core story remains excellent! Looking for book 3!

The author really opens up in her journey. I like that she uses alternative therapies and keeps trying for the sake of her daughter. I would buy this book again and again!
