Out of order
I have been enjoying this searies but it's a little frustrating listening to the books in order. The story jumps back and forward quite a bit between books making it hard to determine when the current story took place according to everything else that happened previously. Lastly because the book jumps you know what will be going on in the future while you are listening to it the past happen again in someone else's perspective.
The Kiss of Death
- Demons' Muse, Book 1
- By: Auryn Hadley
- Narrated by: Laurel Schroeder
- Length: 16 hrs and 49 mins
I always imagined Death's final kiss would be cold. It wasn't. Four years later, I can still remember the exact shade of his skin: a blue so pale it looked like moonlight. I dream of his touch. Mostly, I paint the man under the heavy cowl, including those perfect lips that ruined mine for anyone else. I'm obsessed with him. The doctors say he's nothing more than a hallucination caused by a mixture of head trauma and emergency pain medications. Now, something's changed, and my drawings are taking on a life of their own. Death is back. He wants another kiss. And he's not alone.
Amazing story and performance!!

I loved it
I loved the whole book. I only wished it was slightly steamier. Please add more to the series.
