I really enjoyed Governess Game, especially the little girls Rosamond and Daisy. They truly stole the show. The way Mary Jane Wells narrated them was perfection. Honestly, I'm just a huge Mary Jane Wells fan.

Tessa Dare has such a unique take on historical romance that is both refreshing and unique, but still stays true to the things you expect in historical romance. I highly recommend this book!

I loved this book. I loved every minute. I have not a single complaint, other than it had to end. Lisa Kleypas is THE queen of historical romance.

I've been waiting so long for West Ravenel's story. I fell in love with him in the first book of this series and have been anxiously ready to fall in love with him in his own book. I wasn't disappointed. In fact, I fell even more in love with him. He is such an amazing character!

Oh, Phoebe. I didn't know what to expect from her, though I did expect West to overshine her since I already loved him so much. I loved the strength Phoebe had, which grew throughout the entire book. I genuinely loved her as well.

And Mary Jane Wells. I rave about her after every book she narrates. She is truly beyond talented. I can't wait for another of her books!

Lisa Kleypas and Mary Jane Wells are the perfect duo.

Mary Jane Wells is my favorite narrator. She breathes life into characters the way that I've never seen before. I think I'd listen to her read her to do list.

I went into this book completely blind. I hadn't read the blurb, all I knew was my friend read and loved it. I was pleasantly surprised. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of this book. It has the sweetest love story and a very mysterious, almost sinister, undertone that I really couldn't get enough of. Once I started listening, I couldn't stop. I loved this book!

The female narrator was great. I really enjoyed her. The male? not so much. I actually got annoyed sometimes when it was his turn to narrate. so the woman gets 5 stars. the guy maybe 3?

I highly recommend this book!
