Paul Noble has taken this struggling woman, and taught her French. This series of audio books is a must for anyone wanting to excel in the French language. I recommend this to everyone looking for a strong foundation in the French language without a painful process. Thank you Paul!

Any additional comments?

I am so very pleased with the outcome of my budding French, since I started this audiobook three weeks ago. I am learning so much, in a very small amount of time, and I am not stressed with memorization. I have not become discouraged, as I often do, when trying to learn a new language. This book has allowed me to grasp and hold full sentences in french, that I know will be useful when I finally go to France. I have been using this book 6 days a week, for approx. 1 hour each day, and should be through this first book in a couple more weeks! At this rate, I'll have a huge vocab arsenal at my disposal after I complete the four books, in what I estimate will take no more than eight months at my current rate.

About three things I was certain. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him, and I didn't know how dominant that part might be, that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I highly recommend picking up the hard copy/ebook and reading this yourself. It is extremely addictive, so long as you skip the audio version of this book.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

The narrator reads this book like stereo instructions. She has no story telling skills, uses no inflection, nor does she even change voices when switching from character to character. If I had not previously read this book, I'd have no idea who was speaking half the time. I was so disappointed in it, that I didn't even finish listening to it.
