Very helpful book. I have anxiety so I picked this book up thinking hopefully it will help. It sure did. Exercises and this book if you put them to work and practice them overtime will help. Easy to understand format as well. I highly recommend it if you suffer from anxiety or know someone who does.

I purchased this audiobook for my wife who is a teacher and she loved it! She’s been utilising the techniques and teaching them to his students. She enjoyed the bonus part of the book too, it has even given him an idea of starting a little side business!
