I’m so glad this popped up ready to read on a sleepless night. It’s fun, lighthearted and easy going, and also empowering in a sweet way. She did an awesome job reading her own book. I mean yay for Instagram tricks and a very thorough line up of ranch dressings, right?!

Meet Ove. He's a curmudgeon - the kind of man who points at people he dislikes as if they were burglars caught outside his bedroom window. He has staunch principles, strict routines, and a short fuse. People call him "the bitter neighbor from hell". But behind the cranky exterior there is a story and a sadness.

In December 2017 the famous porn star August Ames committed suicide in a park in the Conejo Valley. It happened a day after she’d been the victim of a pile-on, via Twitter, by fellow porn professionals - punishment for her tweeting something deemed homophobic. A month later, August’s husband, Kevin, connected with Jon Ronson to tell the story of how Twitter bullying killed his wife. What neither Kevin nor Ronson realized was that Ronson would soon hear rumors and secrets hinting at a very different story - something mysterious and unexpected and terrible.

A story told fairly and so well. It makes a great point at showing how you never know what is going on with a person and how every little thing that happens in a persons life has a little impact which adds to their over all well being. Beautifully done!

Erika Jayne didn't make it this far by holding back. Now, in her first-ever memoir, the fan favorite star of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills bares her heart, mind, and soul. In Pretty Mess, Erika spills on every aspect of her life: from her rise to fame as a daring and fiery pop/dance performer and singer; to her decision to accept a role on reality television; to the ups and downs of family life (including her marriage to famed lawyer Tom Girardi, 33 years her senior). There's much more to Erika Jayne than fans see on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

I knew someone as fabulous as Erica couldn’t possibly come to her fabulousness without some trials in her life. I appreciate her honesty and her support of the underdog in this book. I found some inspiration for myself from her and it couldn’t of come at a better time for me.
