Okay, so jogging through Central Park after midnight wasn't a bright idea. But Margrit Knight never thought she'd encounter a dark new world filled with magical beings, not to mention a dying woman and a mysterious stranger with blood on his hands. Her logical, lawyer instincts told her it couldn't all be real, but she could hardly deny what she'd seen...and touched.

After listening to some of the reviews, I was skeptical about using a credit on this book. Due to my better judgement and not following the negative reviews, this book was excellent. After reading another favorite, Blood Mark Of A Shadow Walker by Jeanetta King, she also introduce you, the reader, into a new world with mystical creatures and magic. C. E. Murphy delivered a unique story and I’ve already purchased the second book, House Of Cards.

After reading this really good book called Half Breed, the Black Raven Series by J. C. Vidal, I wanted to find another series to get into. After searching through Amazon and Audible looking for a good series, nothing good caught my attention. Next, I started checking for books that I've been patiently, waiting to come out, from some of my favorite Arthur's like Patricia Briggs, Darynda Jones, V. C. Vidal, Karen Marie Moning, Kim Harrison and Siena Mynx, just to name a few. That night I decide to reread one of my favorite series. Moon Called was the one I decided on. All I can say, is this Arthur, Patricia Briggs can take you to a world and make you believe in it. There is nothing better than having a really good book series to read on these cold winter night. Thank you Patricia Briggs for being such a wonderful story teller.
If you want to read a story that take you away to a world of possibilities, this book series will not disappoint you. Have fun, there's no waiting.

Not wanting to give away the story, I'm just going to say, "Trust Me!" If you have been reading paranormal books for a while, then like me they all start sounding alike. The situation change, but all the stories you can figure out the outcome before the third chapter. This book is different, a new perspective. Read it and start with book one. You are going to love this Arthur and her visions.

This is a great book, but to have a male and female audible reader just read different chapters of the book just doesn't make sense. When I first seen that their was a male reader and a female reader, I thought that the male would do the voices for the male characters and the female would do the voices for the females. It was so disappointing to hear a male read for the female, which make the females sound like gay men. Emma Galvin was doing a good job by herself with the male and female characters. When you have a male reading for a female it just doesn't sound good. If you want to hear a good book read with a male and female voice listen to Karen Marie Moning book Dreamfever and Shadowfever, trust me, it really make the story believable and enjoyable. Great story but the audible I was very disappointed.

A smashing, award-winning debut novel that introduces Charley Davidson: part-time private investigator and full-time Grim Reaper. Charley sees dead people. That’s right, she sees dead people. And it’s her job to convince them to “go into the light”. But when these very dead people have died under less than ideal circumstances (i.e. murder), sometimes they want Charley to bring the bad guys to justice. Complicating matters are the intensely hot dreams she’s been having about an Entity who has been following her all her life...and it turns out he might not be dead after all.

So many times I've looked at the cover of this audiable and thought no I don't like the cover. My sister told me later that she started reading this very good book called, 'First Grave On The Right." After I looked up the audiable book, there that cover was again. Usually if she tell me a story is good usually it is. My sister was right this is a very good series, I fell in love with this story it is different from any book I've read so far, and I've read a lot of books. Now I'm waiting on book 5 and just can't wait. There is not enough time for me to write in detail all that this series deserve, due to the fact that work is waiting for me. This is a wonderful story and if you love a very good detective love story with comedy and a good twist, this series has it all. Read this or listen to it you wil be very happy that you did. Of course I'm right, because that is all I would want to know. If you like reading romance stories without all the cat and mouse chase, this is the story to read. Gray the male character in the story, voice performed by Tavia Gilbert is exceptionally good. This story I could listen to over and over again and would not get bored.

The only reason the performance received three stars was that allof the male characters sound just alike, but good job anyway. The book had a good story line and it was different then a lot of the books I've read. It was refreshing to read a different story line that's not just like all the others. Thank you Jacquelyn Frank. I'm constantly looking for a good book to read and sometimes I get lucky and this SweetBlood Series was good. Audible should have a page where as a member can go to and recommend good books that they've read. Make it simple, life is too complicated. The narrator Eve Bianco has a sexy male voice for Fang. It would be nice to have a male and female read the audible books together, like in the FaeFever Series.
