Would absolutely recommend this book. Use the online workbook alongside the audiobook, it has great introspective exercises.
Mel has great energy, I listened to the book at 1.25 speed and it flowed really well.

Are you tired of feeling f*cked up? If you are, Gary John Bishop has the answer. In this straightforward handbook, he gives you the tools and advice you need to demolish the slag weighing you down and become the truly unf*cked version of yourself. "Wake up to the miracle you are," he directs. "Here's what you've forgotten: You're a f*cking miracle of being." It isn't other people that are standing in your way; it isn't even your circumstances that are blocking your ability to thrive. It's yourself and the negative self-talk you keep telling yourself.

These mindset type books often fall flat but Unf*ck yourself nailed it. The narrator's voice was tough for the first 15 minutes but once he picked up some steam I loved the performed. Excellent listen. Definitely will listen again.

Amazing book. Great content and fantastic delivery by the narrator. I couldn't get through 'Getting to Yes' due to how dry it was. The story telling in this book makes a negotiation book fun and informative.

I enjoyed this book overall. I felt the author had a good voice in the audiobook and the content was very thought provoking. As someone who grew up in a catholic household I did not have any qualms about the amount of content which was biblical; however if you are not a fan of 'god-speak' you should avoid this book. Also, the content is extremely dense at times, especially in the latter half. You really have to pay attention, which is sometimes a struggle for audiobooks while driving or in the gym. At times, I found myself asking, what was the rule again? How does this relate? That being said, I enjoyed the overall nature of the rules and found them very true for a life of happiness.
