I usually don't care for books that are done in an interview style format, however this one is the exception! It was extremely informative! for those of you that love to hear the old dungeon, where the blonde bomber. Frank Zane. Arnold in the other greats used to lift, this book is for you.

This was no more than a New Age nonsensical infomercial. Put away your barbells, put on your pink tights, and use rubber bands for your next workout. Pure fitness quackery! I couldn't finish it.

Information contained within this book was extremely helpful. The narrator was above average and the author wasn't trying to sell a fitness program. He was providing a service to the reader.
