But when those dearest to him are murdered on the day of his homecoming, Reece discovers that this was not an act of war by a foreign enemy but a conspiracy that runs to the highest levels of government. Well done! caught me by surprise several times – the story went many places that were unexpected. Character development was so good that you were rooting for the good guys and enjoying the demise of the bad guys. Hope Moore is coming!

When horror author Thad McAlister began his latest novel, a tale rooted in the witch trials of centuries past, the words flowed effortlessly. The story poured forth, filling page after page with the most frightening character ever to crawl from his imagination. It was his greatest work, one that would guarantee him a position among the legends of the craft.

The Iranian effort to develop nuclear weapons was the inspiration for this tale of spies, assassination, skullduggery, military action and political intrigue. Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is the Devil's Disciple, and he has a plan. With 12 nuclear warheads mounted on twelve missiles, he will make Iran a martyr nation; then he will lead the world's Muslims in a holy war against western civilization.

Would you try another book from Stephen Coonts and/or Eric G. Dove?

What a great series, until this book. After the first 3 books I couldn't wit for the 4th- I made it to the end, but this narrator is no match for the previous narrator. I won't listen to book #5. It's like Tommy had a lobotomy.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Eric G. Dove?

Dennis Boutsikaris
