The Anxiety was a great read for many reasons. It read more like a brochure than an actual book. Looking for information about this, I found this set of books. In this book you get some idea about how to train our brain to eliminate anxiety.

I love this book. I'll probably never be a true minimalist, but it's amazingly inspirational. This book has truly helped turn my life around! I had already started a minimalist movement in my home and lifestyle, and this book seemed like a perfect guide to continue with it. I've already started and it feels so good. So glad I found this.

I really enjoyed reading this book and I can see now how past relationships were destroyed with jealousy. I personally, walked away from this book feeling I can handle jealousy from friends as well as my life partner in a far more constructive way. Well worth the read even if you don’t think jealousy is an issue for you, you will be surprised by what you will learn.

This is the only book I could really find on the subject. And I love that it is affordable and not so lengthy. It helped me alot. I am now currently reading another one of the authors book called Habits.
