This was my first book by Julie Kriss and I really enjoyed it! It was a bit of a second-chance romance, as Emily and Luke have a short fling and are apart for several years. When they both return to their hometown years later, they find that they still feel a connection to one another, but try to fight it since they both have some pretty big secrets and self-truths that need dealing with first. They believe they are from different worlds, and I loved watching them realize that they aren't so different after all. The story was well-written, with enough suspense to keep me invested in it and the narration was fantastic. I'm looking forward to the rest of the Riggs brothers books!

I loved Jigsaw and Izzy! They were perfect for each other. As always, the narration of Noah Michael Levine and Erin deWard was excellent. Love this series!

I really loved this! Callum is swoony. Nicole is brassy but in a good way. I love how the girl gang is always there for each other. Narration was fantastic! British yumminess.

Wow. I really loved this. The author took an extremely tough subject and totally did it justice. It was hard to read at times, but so worth it. Great narration.

I went into this completely blind. First off, you should know that it is book one of a duet, so things are not resolved in Resist. Hello, cliffhanger! I started this in ebook and finished it in audiobook. I loved it. K. Bromberg is an automatic one-click for me so I was not surprised that it was amazing. What did surprise me was the amount of suspense she doled out in this one.
Vaughn is living sort of a double life in order to get custody of her niece. And she has some CRAZY baggage. Ryker is a big-time divorce attorney who is completely over women. They meet and the chemistry is off the charts. There is a lot of angst but it all felt really organic. As always, I very much enjoyed the writing. Kristy Bromberg is a master at weaving a story. I had a fun time noticing some "Easter eggs" that she threw in from other books.
Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke made it even better with their fantastic narration. I highly recommend and can't wait to get my hands on book two!

I really enjoyed this one! I loved seeing this single-mom get treated the way she deserved but never got. It was nice to see some peeps from the Salvation series! Narration was excellent.

So beautifully heartbreaking.

Oh, this book. I had several friends recommend this, so I casually picked it up. There is nothing casual about this book. I don't have words for how much I loved it. I felt everything from happiness to fear to joy to anger to heart-breaking pain. The narration was also good.
It touched me in ways that few books can and will stay with me a very long time.
