Welcome to Eddie's Tavern, the only functioning waterhole in a near-dead town. Among the people you'll meet tonight are: Tom, Milestone's haunted lawman, who walks in the shadow of death; Gracie, the barmaid, a wannabe actress, doomed to spend her hours tending bar in a purgatory of her father's making; Flo, the town seductress, who may or may not have murdered her husband; Cobb, a nudist awaiting an apology from the commune who cast him out.

The book was interesting especially the characters in the town, but has to admit was not his best one as complex but still enjoyed it. My favorite was of course Tom the lawman and found the ending was a little weird and not expected. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Mark's always been a bit insecure as a father; his own childhood sucked. He's been terrified he will ruin his perfect daughters. So he buys them presents and hopes he won't screw them up. They certainly won't forget this dollhouse. He doesn't know how to stop it, and all he wanted to do was be a good father. He was worried they'd grow up to hate him; now he's worried they won't grow up at all.

I enjoy most horror stories and this one was short and descent. This is the first I’ve listened to by author and look forward to more. This is about a family who are in dire straits with a dollhouse and need to kill the witch or kill each other. My favorite character was Beth who was the most normal and innocent. Narration great as usual. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. THANK YOU

“Mr. Kendall, in the past few months there have been a number of doctors who have mysteriously disappeared, or whose deaths were either alleged to be accidents, or were suicides, or they were actually murdered.” Kendall made a mental note to find out about these "other doctors". “A number of doctors you said. How many are we talking about?” Mrs. Eaton thought for a few moments. “To my knowledge there have been at least eight cases in the past six months. There may be a whole lot more that I know nothing about.”

It was heart wrenching past for Alex with his stepfather. I loved the fact he could interact with ghosts by touching objects. He has a lot of guilt unable to save Frank and esp. Gloria. Paige is a true friend who believed in his ability. I look forward to Alex’s next adventures as he matures. Recommend to anyone who enjoy paranormal coming of age mystery. There are likable characters of Boyd, Adeline and their girls (Naomi and Paige) who are trapped in the house then there is Gina a crazy witch and many ghosts, gore and violence. Again narrator does great job. Recommend if you enjoy a gory horror with ghosts. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Thank you

I totally enjoyed this book as all dog lovers would and great for all ages. It is a futuristic dystopian about Abby a mixed breed dog who is taken from her human family Teresa and Bill (he developed the Dot which enables dogs to talk) and her adventures. Human birth rates are very low due toxic so humans want to be dog parents then again a disaster occurs killing animals and some humans.
