Mackenzie Grant, daughter of a rich Wyoming cattle rancher, is an ugly duckling. She's never been in love and never had a boyfriend. Heck, she's never had a date! As a result, she finds comfort in her favorite world - the world of Jane Austen. But when tragic news calls away their longtime friend and ranch hand, he's replaced by a handsome stranger. Mackenzie soon finds herself swooning over Tyler Anderson. There are just two small problems: he hates Jane Austen, and his ex-girlfriend is the very person responsible for making Mackenzie's school years miserable.

Anxiety is at an all time high, but there's a prescription for dealing with it. Max Lucado invites listeners into a study of Philippians 4:6-7, where the Apostle Paul admonishes the followers of Christ, "Do not be anxious about anything...." Philippians 4:6 encourages the believer to "be anxious for nothing". As Lucado states, the Apostle Paul seems to leave little leeway here. "Be anxious of nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero."

I love several books by Jody, but this is my favorite. She did a great job showing that we are all flawed and that there are times that we pull away from God and go down the wrong path, and that there is nothing that we can do that makes us beyond forgiveness. I would suggest it to anyone who enjoys an amazing romance story.

As usual, I love Lynette’s writing! I want to shout out to Lynette and say, “Thank you for giving us another amazing story to lose ourselves in! It was well written and wonderful to read.” I love how she mentioned Ronie Kendig as Ronie did for her in Conspiracy of Silence. It’s great when writes do a kind of shout to another author by including a mention of them in their book.
I would definitely suggest this book to anyone who enjoys a good suspense story.
