Legal marijuana is the hottest story in the US today. Twenty-five states, and the District of Columbia, have authorized sales in some form; Denver has more legal marijuana dispensaries than Starbucks franchises. We are witnessing the dawn of a new industry. And like the early days of gourmet coffee chains, the rules and players are being established on the fly.

Find your passion and stay with it for what pursuit of happiness is all about. Imho Christian echos owner of Dogfish Head Craft Brewer Sam Calagione. Explorer, entrepreneur, risk takers. Both care about doing things right. caring for their employees while educating our world.

We're in the middle of an epidemic of average. So-called "normal" people get up every day, go to work, do what's asked of them, leave promptly at five, and return home to sit on the couch and watch TV. Society tells us that this is what it means to lead a balanced life. Don't stress too much or work too hard. Your career isn't everything. But Grant Cardone thinks this preoccupation with balance has really just given an excuse to be mediocre.

This is much more than a business book. I've been through most of Grant's written work, this masterpiece is balls to the walls and could of been titled many things. Mine would be ..Shut up hearing slogans like make America great again, do something, be something with our free enterprise gift we share as Americans
Just applying half, heck a quarter of what Grant in his voice passionately is saying will flip a dull life. No paid professional narrators, that alone should be required or must listening.

Mell's narration including deep felt personal experience is inspiring. Her concept are somewhat simple and if you think about it common sense is. Fulfilling action though is different and often hard. Mel is like a best friend who kicks you in the ass. I also recommend listening "Lean In" by Sheryl Sandberg in combination to this work. Both authors do something terrific. Putting passion on the line for all who will only take time to explore. This is a five star must! 5 4 3 2 1 Now! Thank you. Action to follow I promise.

Few would argue with the fact that on many fronts, we are a world in crisis. And there are two sides to every crisis, be it a leadership crisis, an economic crisis, an education crisis, or a moral crisis. The two sides to crisis are danger and opportunity. Robert Kiyosaki's new book, Second Chance: for Your Money and Your Life, uses the lessons from the past and a brutal assessment of the present to prepare listeners to see - and seize - the future.

Combine a unique history of the Seven Deadly Sins, a new interpretation of the biblical stories of Sodom and Gomorrah, and enough Bill Bennett, Robert Bork, Pat Buchanan, Dr. Laura, and Bill O'Reilly bashing to more than make up for their incessant carping, and you've got the most provocative book of the fall.

Listening to this book was like spending time with to a good friend. NOT judging yet guiding. The timing for me was good. Thanksgiving Day, Americans often share, reflect and appreciate. Day after, off to the races getting deals and pushing away. Strange beings we humans.
