Proud dragon warrior and healer Sana has a secret…one that may forever turn his friends against him, and one that he’ll do anything to keep. He’s worked too hard to keep who he truly is from the world, and he refuses to let the charade drop, even after waking up thousands of years in the future. But when Peter walks into his life and wakes his heartsong, he knows it’s a secret he won’t be able to hide much longer. With his muscular body and incredible strength, Sana is decidedly alpha in appearance, but Peter is no omega, and that means…

Sana has a secret and now that he has found his heartsong, Peter, those secrets will come out. Peter is so patient and understanding while they are trying to figure out their mating while looking at the Hunter's Guild and how to stop them. I do not want to say too much as I do not like to post spoilers but you will find yourself listening to this book at every chance to see what happens next.

Colin Darcy is incredible with making each person unique and his interpretation of how they would sound is so spot on. Colin is now in my top five narrators.

Two broken omegas and one hard-edged alpha…three men who are stronger than they think...especially when they trust each other enough to be vulnerable. A pair of omegas who are everything to each other...not only are they best friends, they’re also lovers. In all the years that they’ve been on the streets fighting to survive, they’ve had one end goal: to one day find an alpha strong enough to love both of them equally. Since his return to civilian life, Beaumont has yet to reconnect with society. Instead, he spends his nights running from nightmares and memories of war.

Beau sees Lucas and Gideon one day and begins to watch over them. Lucas and Gideon are Omegas that are homeless and working towards changing their lives. Through a horrible incident, the three meet. Their journey to their HEA is amazing and wonderful. Beau will hurt your heart when you hear his story while Lucas and Gideon’s past is heartbreaking.

The narrator does a wonderful job with everyone’s voices and I cannot wait to hear more from him.

Besides his family, music had always been the most important thing in Carter Greene's life. Having a career in music was everything he had ever dreamed of. That was until the terrible night when he nearly lost everything. Carter can't get the image of one particular man out of his mind; the man who found him in his darkest moment. The one who risked everything to save him and the same person who most likely never wants to speak to him again.

We meet both Carter and Ryan in the first one, Carter more than Ryan, so we know a little bit of what happened. The way these two finally get together will keep you on the edge of your seat and wondering what next. As with the first one, you will be blown away by how drawn into their lives you will find yourself. Do not be surprised if you're sitting in your car in the driveway because you simply have to finish the chapter.

The narrator is amazing!!!! Michael Pauley nails the voices of everyone, as always.

Although he spends more time talking to his cats than he does people, he technically has time for a social life now that he has hired two new employees. In short, Logan is completely out of excuses to stay in the closet, where it is warm and cozy and he never has to worry about how to dress, what to say, or who is watching.

Logan and Chance have an interesting beginning to their relationship with Chance believing something that was meant to be a joke. Then Logan decides that he can be himself and asks Chance to help him. You will find yourself laughing at points and all but bawling at others.

After devoting 18 years of his life to the US Navy, Petty Officer First Class Shane Parker is struggling with the very real possibility of becoming unnecessary. If he doesn't make chief petty officer before he's 20 - and it doesn't seem likely that he will - he'll be retired from active service and placed on the Fleet Reserve list until his mooring lines are officially cut forever. While it would all be very honorable and ceremonial, he simply wasn't civilian material.

These two books are simply fantastic, amazing, heart filling, and just beyond well written. Micah's soldier is a quick read but is no less amazing for it's shortness. It is emotional and wonderful (you'll laugh at the leaning incident). Now, for Treading Water. You might find yourself wondering why the beginning of the story seems to focus on Jared and Aidan but there is a reason behind this (at least I think so). This lays the foundation on why this case is so important to everyone. Shane and Julian will instantly dig their way under your skin and you will be cheering and crying for them. Key West is described so well that you will swear the sand is between your toes. And can I just say how much Sean touched me?

Now, is book 3 ready? Please!!!!

He and his brother Isaac are the lone survivors of an attack by an army of the undead, in which Angel used a spell so powerful it forever marked his place in history. Now, years later, Angel struggles to balance his career as a teacher of the higher magical arts, his role as big brother, and a tenuous relationship with an Elder vampire from the local clan.

As the two lone surivors of their family, Angelus and Isaac seem to be polar opposites with Angel constantly cleaning up Isaac's messes and Isaac stuck somewhere between childhood and adulthood. Then you have Simeon. Oh, man, this vampire is one that makes you want to tilt your head and accept whatever. The battle scenes are well-written and makes you feel like you are standing right there. You just need to listen to this and you'll find yourself under the spell of the Necromancer. Joel Leslie does a fantastic job with the accents and bringing the words to life.
