Dean and Sam are busy setting up their new home and getting their new team together (though with a few minor bumps). When they meet a pup from across the street, the whole team knows that there is something not right about the house but there is little they can do. Well, until they are able to prove what is happening. As Dean and Sam adjust to the traumatized pup in their home, the team works on finding out what happened, and Sam is focused on protecting a pregnant Dean, their story gets thrown a few curves.

The narrator does an amazing job (as always) and all the characters are brought to life perfectly. Can't wait for more!

This is an amazing book and I adored every bit of it. Austin meets Owen when Owen felt like there was nowhere else he could go for help. As these two build a friendship that leads to love, I loved how they took their time. Getting to see into Austin's head, you will learn why he is like he is. Owen is fantastic, humorous, loving, and faces things as they come. You will tear up and laugh throughout the entire thing. But my favorite line has to be "think about the children". I cracked up!

The narrator is simply amazing and brings everyone their own unique voices.

Months later, the two talk and decide to have a fake relationship to get back at David's sister and help support David at his cousin's wedding. What ensues is full of heat, laughter, and two men falling in love. Even with the miscommunications, you are pulled into this story.

Lucky has always been interesting to me; there is just something about him that made me think there was so much more than he let on. Mason and his sad eyes have made me wonder what put the sadness in them and exactly what was the secret that tore him apart. Now, we have those answers and holy cow, I was nowhere close to being right. You have a little of everything in this book and Charlie Cochet delivers another fantastic story. You will never guess how this one ends :) The heat between these two will cause your ears to catch on fire.

Greg Boudreaux is wonderful and does an incredible job with the various accents seemingly without any problems and matches what I hear in my head when I originally read the book.

Girls are being killed, drained of blood, and left with strange markings on their bodies. When I finally connect the cases together, a specialist is called in - though, what he’s a specialist of is beyond me. When the chief assigns him as my new partner for the case, I can’t help but groan on the inside. Why of all people would I be assigned to Ailin Ellwood?

There are just not enough words to explain how good this book is. With the author's usual magic with words, we have a whole new world that is filled with the paranormal, the sarcasm that adds so much humor you will laugh out load, surprises around the corners, and heat so spicy, you'll need a cold shower. And there are adorable animals!!!

The narrator has yet again brought characters to life audibly in such a way you expect to turn the book off and have them sitting next to you.
