The story line is flat. I like most of the books in this series but this one failed. The main characters, Charlotte & Curtis were big disappointments, and the character development was weak. I gave 2 stars only because I like the series, otherwise it would've been one.

What did you love best about If You Don't Know Me?

Grandville is the best. He is a true nut and kept me laughing out loud.

What other book might you compare If You Don't Know Me to and why?

The 1st 2 books in this series....also great reads.

Which scene was your favorite?

I didn't have one particular favorite scene, but Grandville's mention of his "wood being tired" cracked me up. You'll have to read it to know what I mean.

If you could rename If You Don't Know Me, what would you call it?

Grandville's World

Any additional comments?

Grandville is my favorite character in all 3 books. He should get his own book. I don't know who thinks of ALL of the crazy stuff that he comes up with, but it's hella funny. Keep it up!!!

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I wouldn't have introduced the Mexican drug cartel in and made them more powerful than the Diamond family and their Cartel. It seems silly to name a book the Cartel, have it centered around 1 family, and not have that family emerge on top as more powerful, more wealthy, etc. Carter's character is very captivating and sexy, but to deem him a boss and have him pine throughout the book over a ruthless chick is ridiculous. And to avenge her death is even more ridiculous!!! Loved the transformation of Mecca's character.

If you’ve listened to books by Ashley & JaQuavis before, how does this one compare?

The Cartel 1 was great.

What three words best describe Cary Hite’s voice?
