Call I had to skip around to different chapters to find something of interest that seemed authentic. Most of the chapters seem to have very fictional Andorra made up stories that don't seem authentic.

I struggled listening with the narrator's voice and/or storytelling characteristics. It is difficult to explain other than saying that the narrator's voice might have been a better fit for a storyteller of a novel or a fantasy story rather than a technical voice.
