Thirty days ago, my boss, Mr. Wolf of Wall Street, came to me with an offer I couldn't refuse: Sign my name on the dotted line and pretend to be his fiancée for one month. If I agreed, he would let me out of my employment contract with a "very generous" severance package. The rules were pretty simple: No intimate kissing, no actual sex. Just pretend to love each other for the press, even though I've secretly wanted to knock that sexy smirk off his face since the first day we met.

At first I was not sure if I would like the book. Then I got sucked in and didn't want to put it down. I try not to ruin the plot for those who have not read the book yet. In saying that I will tell you that the narrator makes the book! He uses accents and falsetto voices. Yes I truly recommend this book to you.

After the one review about the narrator I was leary to get it. I am also stubborn and curious by nature, so I got it out of spite. I am very glad I did.

It was funny, sarcastic, heart warming, and sad all rolled up into an interesting story. The internal dialogue was the cherry on top of a good story.

Also for those like me, the sex was hot! There was no closing the door and letting us use our imagination. It was in your face messy rip the panties off and scream his name type sex.

For the ones who want to know, he is an alpha male and she is more a bata female with alpha tendencies.

Happy reading y'all!

I will be vague about the actual story line and just give you my raw thoughts. I may have hinted at some spoilers but I have tried not to make them too revealing.

It is one of the first books I have experienced in a long time where the people were "real" and had real relatable emotions. I laughed and I cried and then laughed some more. The couple were strong without having to rule over the other one. He was strong without degrading her. She was strong without having to crush him with her boot. The supporting people were funny. I have not seen so many chances for comic relief without the book coming out sour. It just flat out works.

Happy Reading Y'all

Stella Lane thinks math is the only thing that unites the universe. She comes up with algorithms to predict customer purchases - a job that has given her more money than she knows what to do with as well as way less experience in the dating department than the average 30-year-old. It doesn't help that she has Asperger's and that French kissing reminds her of a shark getting its teeth cleaned by pilot fish. She decides that she needs lots of practice - with a professional - which is why she hires escort Michael Phan.

I loved this book. I have close family members that live with this. They are both beautiful people and very smart. So this book was beautiful to me on that alone. The writing was above and beyond what I was expecting going into the book. I just expected good writing and storyline. I didn't expect to be pulled into the story to the point of not wanting to stop listening. It made me laugh, cry, and feel comfort in life. I hope the artist writes another book for us to enjoy.

If I could say anything to the artist it would be, thank you for sharing your talent with us and know we are very lucky to have been able to experience this through your eyes.

I am in love with Mrs. Howard. I am in love with the story. I am in love with the narrator. I just love this book. It is nice to have books with action, romance, and I don't have to spend 3/4 of the book bored waiting to see what happens. I also agree only a moron would jump out of a perfectly good plain and call it fun.

I hope others are able to enjoy the book but as for me I will not get another book narrated by this reader. Must remember to check out her name. I will also say I hate giving a negative review on anything I feel there is always something positive to say but today I am at a loss of words.
