very short audio book. Alot the intro was just too much irelevant talk. otherwise i like the little of that it did offer. just think they could give u more for you money

this book is str8 to the point wish it went in more depth on some of the points and techniques explained also make sure u use the pdf suggested in the book for you will be lost other wise it did leave me with some knowledge and a different prespectice that i will implement in my practice

It's great obviously I was referred like many others but unlike others audio books the readers
performance was good a little monotone but I don't mind and the stories used to explain the ideas are good but a little long winded and boring for the modern day listener in my opinion
