There is no such thing as a good or bad discipline. There is only a trained discipline and an untrained discipline. Imagine how you would feel if you woke up everyday, knowing that everyday is going to be a great day. And I do not mean a good day or a fine day. I mean a great day, each and every single day. Imagine how you would be breathing, how you would be standing, and how you would be feeling.

The 5 stars were given because of the clarity of the author in presenting each question, the situations underlying each question, and reflective exercises for each. Being positive, and highly reflective in the way it is written, I believe makes it a helpful source for individuals seeking to move fruitfully forward.

Some great research and principles, this should be taught in schools and business. The world would be a much happier, more peaceful and more productive place. I really like how they have the easy to digest half and the deep science and research half.

Mind hacking - What exactly is “mind hacking?” “Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do. The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. When amazon suggested me this book it came to me at the right moment. I always thought I had a bad memory and this is a great foundation to teach all of us that our memory can be amazing if we learn the proper ways to use it. I’m a teacher and I practice some of the exercises from this book with my students and they love it.
