Dr. Devlin Dane has had his sights set on my panties for months. But I've done a stellar job of fending him off. As Mercy Medical's most eligible bachelor, he has no problem in the panty-dropping department. He's tall, dark, and inked all over. I get the appeal; I'm not dead. I'm not stupid either. He's a walking heartbreak waiting to happen. But when Reese Dane comes crashing into my life - literally- the game suddenly changes. The two have an unstoppable pull like centrifugal force.

Nope. Not looking for something like that ending in a romance novel. I don't want to give any spoilers but...no. This is also my first menage book and realized it's not the same for me. Didn't feel the connection or love other than how Dev felt for Kayla. I love Jacob Morgan so i gave the book a try

I'm about to throw an ashtray at my boss's head. Turns out, the mind behind my favorite, steamy romance novels...the ones I only read in private...the ones that are my only escape after a long day of dealing with The Boss from Hell? It's not Natalie McBride, the sweet, rural housewife. It's him. That's right: my boss, Adrian Risinger, the 33-year-old, maddeningly sexy, pissant billionaire "bad boy" who thinks he runs my life. He is also the author of all my deepest, most secret fantasies.

banter wad good but unrealistic situations

Overall

There were a lot of holes in this storyline but it was still enjoyable. This book probably had the best banter between the main characters out of all the books I've read so I was able to look past the unrealistic actions and the storylines that didn't have an outcome (mother/daughter relationship) . What kind of secretary is she that she isnt aware her boss owns a private jet for travel? Even during Adrian's POV, he says Meg books all of his travel. I also had a big problem towards the end of the book where the Hero took action on the heroine's employment with no actual reason that could never happen in real life because, you know, it's the law and such. But still, I enjoyed the book mainly for the banter

There are many rules a priest can't break. A priest cannot marry. A priest cannot abandon his flock. A priest cannot forsake his God. I've always been good at following rules. Until she came. Then I learned new rules.

I don't like many male narrators. In fact, I've only come across 2 that I like so far. I much prefer a female immitating a males voice because most of the actual male narrators have too deep of a voice for my own tastes. Jacob Morgan is by far my favorite narrator and I was pleasantly surprised that most of this book was narrator by him. This was a good book but I think i liked it more because if his narration.

I'm NHL defenseman Lance Romero, AKA Lance "Romance". I'm notorious for parties and excess. I have the most penalty minutes in the league. I get into the most fights. I take the most hits. I'm a player on and off the ice. I'm the one women with no inhibitions want. Not because I like the notoriety, but because I don't know how to be any other way. I have secrets. Ones I shared with the wrong person, and she used them against me. Sometimes she still does.

Jacob Morgan made it a better story than what it was. st
The story was good...but not great. I was a little bored, but not bored enough to stop listening. I'm not a fan of Sebastian York or Joe Arden as their voices are too deep for my tastes, and unfortunately for me, they narrate a lot in this genre. Jacob Morgan is one of my favorites after listening to this book, so some good did come from it.

This is what happened: I met him at the candy store. He turned and smiled at me and I was surprised enough to smile back. This was not a children's candy store, mind you, this was the kind of place you went to buy expensive imported chocolate truffles for your boss' wife because you felt guilty for having sex with him when you were both at a conference in Milwaukee.

There were so many times where I rolled my eyes and wanted to yell "Just tell the truth!!" I have no clue why Penny wouldn't say what Isabella sent her or why she she wouldn't tell Zack the truth about her bruise when what he thought was so much worse. The beginning of the book started off good but half way through I started to get frustrated and wanting it to end so the truth would come out.
