What made the experience of listening to Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting the most enjoyable?

I have just finished reading this book, and would say its beneficial in a lot of ways. Stop the obsessive thinking and if your going to think, think about good thoughts and good things will happen. As I have only completed this book, I do not know yet if it really works.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I thought it was a good read and made total sense to me, but after 30 days of applying it, nothing really changed. It does mention you can have a block but doesnt explain how to get past the blocks.
