Racy short erotica about a woman who thinks she’s hiring personal trainers and ends up with prostitutes. The short story was steamy and the narration good, but I didn’t expect the turn it took and so was a bit surprised at the entire thing. Gina, the main character seemed a bit pressured, which made me cringe a bit, but overall she ultimately enjoyed herself.

Former child music prodigy Lily Croft spends most days in her home office crunching numbers and analyzing data as an actuary. Once, she filled concert halls across the world until the pressure got too much and forced her retreat. When her boss hands her a temporary assignment, Lily has to leave the safety of working from home to work with people at an office. She keeps her head down and stays focused, but one night on her way to the train station, she hears music wafting from the Leading Note, and the life and feelings she suppressed for more than a decade bubble up to the surface.

Susanne Wolff isn't thrilled when her mother sends her all the way across the country to Freiburg to save her uncle's stationery store from bankruptcy. Freiburg is too provincial for her taste, and besides, pen and paper are outdated anyway. Anja Lamm, Paper Love's only full-time employee, takes an instant dislike to the arrogant, digital-loving snob who's supposed to be her temporary boss. But thanks to a meddling cat, a business trip to a stationery fair, and an armada of origami boats, Anja soon starts to see beneath Susanne's aloof exterior.

I loved this story. I love the references to Germany. More than once I stopped to google the lovely town where the story takes place, Freiburg, the canals (Bächle), the fountain pens, and the German Foods the characters enjoy! All this was just icing on the cake of a really sweet and sexy love story.

Love this story. The narration of Taryn’s accent is fantastic and the women are sweet and likable with just enough angst and steam. Even though the characters have a teacher/student relationship, the relationship never seems like it’s dominated by either character. The women have an equal partnership and they both respect each other’s feelings as their lust and love grow. I’ve listened to this a few times. Sweet feel good romances are my favorites and this one does not disappoint.

Amy and Kerry amusingly blunder their way through evading capture, while skilled security officers struggle to figure out what the girls are doing. Overall amusing and easy, relaxing read with good narration.

I had this book on my wish list for a long while and always hesitated because I'm not a fan of stories set in the South and usually the southern twang annoys me, but I sure am glad I took a chance on this one. The story of Blue Riley; her failures, successes, loves and losses, as she makes her way through life, is so beautifully written and captivating. The story spans about 25 years of Blue's life. She travels throughout the country trying to find herself in a way, that I think a lot of people can relate to. She finally makes her way back home and finds peace with the life she lived and the decisions she made, which gives her the strength to fight for what she deserves. I hope Wynn Malone writes another book soon! This was truly wonderful.
