I expected to hear a book about the NYWF. What I heard was a book about early 60's current events. Would have gotton 4 stars had I expected to hear about the world as it was. Better off on Youtube if you would like to know about the Worlds Fair. For me it was a struggle to get through.

Very very entertaining! One of those books you just don't want to end! As she's relating these stories it seems like she's not reading them she's just telling you what happened.

If you had ever seen The Daily Show With Jon Stewart and quickly became a fan then this book is a no brainer. The 16 hour book went by in a flash. An Oral History is the perfect name for it. It is indeed an oral history of one of the most important left leaning shows of all time.I say left leaning not leftist because he could be just as hard on liberals as he could be on conservatives. A truly entertaining listen!

The most annoying narrator for a very disjointed book. I'll be returning. Since I grew up in the area I thought maybe. I was wrong. The female narrators breathy style just doesn't work. That and mispronouncing one of the cops name over and over
again. I got almost halfway before giving up.
