I was so happy to get more of the Whiskeys and Mad About Moon did not disappoint. Jed Moon and Josie Beckley have a history. Actually it's just a history of a few hours but it was a few hours neither will forget. When they reconnect years later Jed learns about the struggles Josie has faced since they last saw each other.

Jed is surprised to see Josie and to learn that she is the long lost sister of his friends Sara and Scott. Since he is a prospect for the Dark Knights Motorcycle club he offers to look out for her and her son. In doing so they grow closer and he helps her get the courage to re connect with her brother and sister.

Josie has been trying to make it on her own ever since her husband died suddenly. She finds herself without a job and living in a women's shelter with her son Hail. Jed shows up one day and she realizes that he is the boy she was with years ago whom she never forgot. He tells her that he wants to be there for her and Hail and help them out in anyway that he can.

This book is full of emotion. In previous Whiskey books you see how much they give back to the community and protect those in the family and in their inner circle. Jed is no exception to that. He shows what it means to be a Dark Knight and just a good man in general.

This book has both a female and male narrator and these two did not do it for me. Their voices didn't seem to match up with the characters. Character voices didn't seem to stay the same through out. With that being said I love the story and could not stop listening. I can't wait to see what is next for the Whiskey's.

Melissa Foster takes you on a wild ride with Bullet and Finley. Finley has been hired to help with the kitchen and food at Whiskey Bros. bar. While Bullet is all bad boy biker wearing leather and tats, Finley is all girly girl. She loves wearing pretty dresses and high heels. That is part of what Bullet loves about her. Bullet is all about family and protecting them at all cost. He considers Finley as part of that family to. He will do anything to keep her safe.

Bullet has been through a lot and seen a lot but refuses to talk about it until Finley gets him to break down his walls and open up to her. For Finley there is nothing that she wouldn't do for Bullet or his family. Bullet calls her his Lollipop because she is so sugary sweet and a lollipop is the best kind of sugar rush there is. Because of things that Bullet has been through he seeks comfort from his rescue dog Tinkerbell. Tinkerbell helps keep him calm and helps him sleep at night. However, Finley has a fear of dogs stemming from an attack when she was younger. Bullet helps her get over her fear of dogs knowing that he needs and wants both in his life.

When these two really come together you can't help but fall in love with them. Bullet is the perfect mix of bad boy biker and cuddly teddy bear. He is hard and soft in all the right places. While Finley is all girly girl wearing dresses and heels she also knows how to put on jeans and boots and be a bad bitch and ride. These two look like opposites on the outside but are a perfect match for each other.

Paul Woodson narrates again and I feel like he is the perfect narrator for the Whiskey series. He has a somewhat gruff, calm and sexy voice which is perfect for a biker especially Bullet. I can't wait to listen to him do Bones in Wicked Whiskey Love.

A new, emotionally riveting, sexy standalone romance by New York Times best-selling author Melissa Foster. Watch mysteriously sexy Bear Whiskey claw his way to his happily-ever-after with sassy, rebellious Crystal Moon. Eight months is a long damn time to have the hots for a woman who keeps a guy at arm's length. But Crystal Moon is no ordinary woman. She's a sinfully sexy, sass-mouthed badass, and the subject of Bear Whiskey's midnight fantasies. She's also one of his closest friends.

I am a biker chick and I do love a strong  tatooed biker man like Bear.  He is very protective of family and those he loves.  He sticks up for those that get pushed aside and fights for whats right.

Bear has been after Crystal for 8 months.  He texts her 1 word constantly "Bear".  He says he does not want her to forget him.  His persistence finally pays off when Crystal agrees to go out with him and walls come down.  Bear may be a big bad biker but he has a soft side and Crystal knows how to get him to show his soft side.

When I was listening to this I could really hear the emotions in the story. Paul Woodson did a great job narrating and making the story come to life. He has a great voice that sounds just like a tough biker with a soft side that you know all the Whiskey's have.

If you like bikers and Sons of Anarchy you will love Truly Madly Whiskey.  🐻

This is one of my favorite books that Melissa Foster has written. It is a little different from the Love in Bloom series but great none the less. Take a chance on Tru Blue and you will not be disappointed and probably have a new book boyfriend.

Imagine finding out you have siblings that are infants who are living in squalor and that your mom just died. You are now their sole caretaker and have no idea what to do. That is what happens to Truman but he quickly gets help in the form of sweet sexy Gemma.

She helps him figure out what he needs and how to take care of his new found siblings. Knowing she can’t have kids of her own that she really wants, she helps Truman out and begins to become close to the kids and Truman.

This book is one of my favorites but is even better to listen to. The narrator does a great job of transitioning between a sort of grity Truman or Whiskey brothers voice and a more “refined” voice that Gemma and her family have.

After Charlotte Sterling loses her last family member, she moves to Sterling House, her family's Colorado mountain inn, to live a solitary life. As an erotic romance writer, her days and nights are filled with passion and intrigue - even if only fictional. She loves her busy, quiet lifestyle, and she learned early on that real men can't live up to the fictional heroes she creates - until ruggedly handsome Beau Braden arrives to do some work at the inn, and, for the first time in forever, she's intrigued by a real man.

This story will have you laughing like you never have before. Charlotte and Beau have a great chemistry together that really comes across. Melissa really makes you feel like you are right there in the middle of things. The descriptions of things has you feeling like you are in a Disney setting while chasing after Chickendales.

You first meet Charlotte in Josh and Riley's wedding story, Fast forward almost two years and Beau Braden comes out to repair the damage the Braden girls created while staying there for Josh and Riley's wedding. I thought it was kind of weird that it took Beau almost two years to come out and fix the damage his cousins created.

The story was narrated by a male and female narrator which is not my favorite. You had the male narrator voicing male and female parts and the female doing the same. I would have liked to have the male narrator do the male parts and female do the female parts but I am sure that is not as easy as it sounds. Regardless this is a story that you must read or listen to. You will fall in love and have some good laughs.

As an NHL player, relationships haven't been my thing. Shrouded in secrecy and speculation, they never last very long. But then that's what happens when you require an NDA before the first date. Until Charlene. She's like a firefly. She's elusive, and if you catch her she'll burn bright, but keeping her trapped dulls her fire and dims her beauty. I caught her. And as much as I might want to keep her, I'll never put the lid on her jar. Not at the risk of losing her. So I've let her set the rules in our relationship.

I have been waiting for this book to come out for a while. Melissa Foster did not disappoint! This story makes you see love in a different light. It is very raw and emotional.

Boyd suffered a horrible tragedy as a child and has carried guilt from that ever since. He has secrets that he has kept bottled up never telling a soul. Then along come Janie.

Janie was born with a degenerative eye disease that has left her blind but very independent. Tragedy strikes when she falls and gets hurt relying on the help of Boyd to help her do simple tasks and maneuver around while she heals.

Sparks being to fly and Janie and Boyd begin to help each other heal from the eternal and external pain they both endure. BJ Harrison is the narrator and once again he hits it out of the park. He tells it in a way that you are able to invision how Janie sees the world. You will not be disappointed in this home run of a story.

Kurt and Leanna compliment each other very well. They bring things into the others life that they didn't know they needed. This story has plenty of laughs and you get all the feels. Rush sees it as a week to have Jayla to himself so they can just hang out but Jayla brings her boyfriend Marcus and feels the opportunity is dead.

Jayla is dealing with shoulder issues but is determined to compete in the final race of the season. She is trying to concentrate on her shoulder and the race. She finally decides it is time to cut Marcus loose which makes Rush very happy. As they spend time together their feelings for one another surface and they finally tell each other how they really feel about one another.

I love all the Remington books but this one is my favorite. Who does not love a hot hunky fireman?!?! Sienna Remington is a model who could have any many she wants. Problem is she wants someone who will love her for who she is, treat her right, and protect her. When she has an accident and Cash comes to the rescue her first thought is he is an asshole fireman but there is something else about him that has me intrigued.

Cash is dealing with not being able to get to someone who was in a fire and did not survive. He does not make the best choices when at work and decides to go visit his brother when he discovers someone had just had an accident in a very bad snowstorm. He discovers Sienna and realizes how unprepared she is. He gets he back to safety and gives her hell about not being prepared.

They wind up getting together and help each other deal with their "stuff". They both find what they have been looking for and fall in love in the process. You see just how big their hearts are and root for them along the way. B.J. Harrison is the narrator and does a great job with the different characters but I was not a fan of how he does Tommy's character. He makes Tommy sound like a laid back surfer dude and not a New Yorker. Other than that it is a great story.
