This book may seem a bit harsh on what he is asking people with Diabetes to follow, but he knows what he is talking about. I have listen about twenty diabetic books and this one Spoke the Truth to me. He means it when he says never to eat fruit again.

This book left me despondent. For the last 20 years or so I've been building my sales skill set, and for the lat decade I've been a professional sales trainer.
One of the principle duties of an effective trainer is to make complex concepts simple to understand and easy to implement.
What John does in this book is precisely that, and I'm gutted that somebody else made this book and not me ;-)

I have only been working this plan for a week and my 11 month daughter has begun to sleep 7 hour stretches ! Before I started she was an every 2 hour waker, and I was exhausted beyond words . It seems hard in the beginning , and the first few days were really tough on me but to see such progress is amazing ! If you want your baby to sleep more , and are opposed to the cruelty of cry it out - this book is for you .

This book was very helpful in helping me learn the importance of being gentle with myself. I was raised by parents who had quite difficult childhoods. So, they raised me to be hard on myself (like they were raised) whenever I did not execute my intended goal. Being hard on myself is now no longer an option. I really enjoyed each section and believe they can be put into action in a way that works for anyone. I would say that my r #1 takeaway is to be very careful with your time as it’s simply too precious to give away. Also, be mindful not to use your time on ungrateful people.
