Mindset is one of those rare audio books that can help you make positive changes in your life and at the same time see the world in a new way. A leading expert in motivation and personality psychology, Carol Dweck has discovered in more than 20 years of research that our mindset is not a minor personality quirk: it creates our whole mental world. It explains how we become optimistic or pessimistic. It shapes our goals, our attitude toward work, and ultimately predicts whether or not we will fulfull our potential.

About 90 minutes into the book I felt as if she had repeated herself over and over and over... so I went to the reviews because this book had come recommended by someone who normally recommends amazing books. Same opinion for most of the reviews but people seemed to stop there and not continue. So I decided to “pound the stone” and see what it had to offer...
Complete shift!! I will have a such positive impact on my children from reading this book it makes all 8 hours worth it! Not only that I will be able to positively impact my clients as well as my own life.

Slightly dry story but the study and work that has gone into the material is worth millions of dollars. If you can push through it will be so worth it.
