The author points out a lot of ways to mess up your life. The book talks about many differant addictions and how a twelve step program can help. I can save you a lot of time. Acknowledge you have a problem and seek help for it. That is basically what this book says. It's easy to point out reasons for a mess. it's not as easy to point out solutions for a Messy life.
