Start with Why shows that the leaders who've had the greatest influence in the world all think, act, and communicate the same way - and it's the opposite of what everyone else does. Sinek calls this powerful idea The Golden Circle, and it provides a framework upon which organizations can be built, movements can be led, and people can be inspired. And it all starts with why.

I almost quit this book and sent it back, but it begins to get profound at about chapter 6. I learned a lot and has made me rethink how I go about doing my work.

I'm starting to use this and its is so comfortable to use. I am also in transition to sales from a servicing background. it doesn't require memorizing a bunch of manipulative statements and allows you to just be someone who cares about creating win/win situations for their potential clients.
