What was most disappointing about The Wall Street Journal’s story?

A recent format change has rendered this subscription less enjoyable than it used to be. First, they reduced the number of stories per issue. I can live with that. But what's really bugging me is that it's become clear that the recordings are now made the previous day instead of the morning of. Accordingly, they no longer include pertinent information like how markets performed the previous day or even significant news events that happened after noon the previous day.

Which character – as performed by Alexander Quincy – was your favorite?

I like the longtime narrator.

What disappointed you about Identifying and Treating Mental and Emotional Disorders?

James Lowrance has no academic training of any kind in psychology. Not even a Bachelor's degree. He wants to share his with you his personal health journey and his accumulated wisdom from years of Internet bulletin board posts. He's a Bible School graduate who evidently feels entitled to employ the same democratic approach to psychology and medicine. Don't waste your time.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Any additional comments?

You might as well just read Hansell & Damour (2008), the introductory psychology textbook from which this completely unqualified and thoroughly self-absorbed author quotes very heavily. Anyone who wasted their time on this will appreciate this point

Don't waste your time on this drivel from the esteemed graduate of the University of Phoenix.
