The good part was told in the first few minutes, after that it was a bunch of filler and fluf. The story was not the same as the sneak preview in the cover. Very disappointing.

She was an idiot with no backbone. This book was way different from Garwood’s normal historical romances.

It was a very good idea of a plot but there was so much extra stuff in the story she killed the plot and made me fast forward through the noise. Too bad. Could have been a great story.

Long drawn out, no passion, no drama, just bah... too bad because the idea of the plot sounded so promising.

I laugh and cried ... I was disgusted, shocked and appalled that anyone would write this, pushing boundaries of propriety and morality, and then I would laugh and cry again. Absolutely brilliant. I read this book in 1989 or 1990ish, and just listened to IT this month. It's brilliance is undiminished. Love Stephan King

Would you consider the audio edition of Mars and Venus on a Date to be better than the print version?

Yes, especially for people with a learning disorder.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Mars and Venus on a Date?

The advice that a woman should not consider giving a man an orgasm until she is ready to receive one... priceless.

Which character – as performed by John Gray – was your favorite?

All of them

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Mars and Venus on a Date?

Everything was perfect and the list at the end made all of it doable.

Where does Fifty Shades Darker rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Astonishingly powerful! So much happens in this book. Anna and Christian made me feel everything they went through and Christian gave me the shivers when he went after Anna's boss. Scary MF!

What other book might you compare Fifty Shades Darker to and why?

None. It's the best romance I've read in a long time!

Which character – as performed by Becca Battoe – was your favorite?

All of them. The movie sucks in comparison to this book!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Anna sank to her knees after being propositioned by her boss and Christian went after Jack Hyde!

Best romance ever!!! Book 3 perfect ending!

Would you listen to Fifty Shades Freed again? Why?

Absolutely! So much happened I know I can listen to it several times and still feel all of the emotions from Anna and Christian!

What other book might you compare Fifty Shades Freed to and why?

None! This is applicable to today's time and it honors the true romanicts flow!

What about Becca Battoe’s performance did you like?

She still makes Anna sound immature, but then in this book I understand why. It's because Anna is immature and naive when it comes to men and relationships so I guess the performance was spot on!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I stayed up all night listening to this book! Loved it!
