My big issue is the narrator change. So frustrating, but eventually I got use to it. Now, it’s waiting for the final book to become available on audible.

I definitely enjoyed the first two books, but both have extreme cliffhangers and I had to wait for the second to come out and now wait until... when? For the third to come out. Another issue for me is that the main characters are 12, but the storyline and how they behave is meant clearly for teens rather than children of 12 years old. It kept throwing me off and making things complicated when they didn’t have to be had the author adjusted the story to make the characters even a couple of years older. I know it probably sounds like a difficult thing to do, but I don’t think it really would have been especially given the way that the too young ages affect the storyline and the way a reader has to battle in their own mind to try to accept the impractical ages to fit the storyline.
Something that drove me crazy was the CONSTANT “and yet...” that the protagonist would think to herself. It’s not difficult to change it up instead of driving readers to distraction from something so small. (Likened to a mosquito that is buzzing about and biting you continually, but you can’t seem to squash the little sucker...)

This is one of my absolute favorite book series. I was so excited to see this book had come out and I just spent the entire night and morning devouring it in a single go. I just finished it five minutes ago and am super frustrated with the awful cliffhanger ending!! If the next book was out or I knew it would be out in a very short time I wouldn’t mind, but having to wait who knows how long is extremely annoying. Please get the next one out ASAP.

Luckily, she has the Abcurse brothers to help her out - until she doesn’t, and suddenly she’s alone again in a world on the brink of chaos.

The book was okay, but it was really irritating to be left with 2 hours and 40 minuets (!) and have the book end! The next nearly three hours is a “preview” of the next book?! How does that happen? I’ve never experienced this length of time being a “preview” for the next book in a series. It’s always been 30mins at most. A heads up in the description would be nice next time.

Juggling a happily ever after is harder than it looks, especially when it involves a fallen angel who is my soul mate, a hunky cat shifter who stole my heart, and a darkly delicious vampire who is like that piece of forbidden chocolate you just can't resist. Add in a precocious little girl, who is totally spoiled rotten - not surprising given Nana and Poppa were Mother Earth and the Devil - and my life was a never-ending series of dramas, foot stomping, yelling, and tears. By me. I never knew being a grown-up could be so much damned work.
