Great book with simple straight to the point solutions for anxiety. I keep it next to my bed and whenever I'm feeling anxious I can quickly thumb through it and calm down.

I really enjoyed following this clean 30-day diet plan. The meals in the book were realistic and actually pretty fun to follow. I was able to follow the book rather well, except for the first 2 weeks, which were very brutal but after I hit the third week, I was doing great and getting used to eating healthy. One of my favorite meals in this book was the black bean burritos. Who knew, burritos would be considered “clean” food to eat!? After using this book to eat cleaner, I am very surprised how healthy eating does not always have to be “bad” but can actually be very tasty and just as good as junk food sometimes. I love this book, it has a lot of tasty healthy foods to choose from, and especially foods I did not even existed to be considered “healthy.” I would definitely recommend this book.

I did not know what to expect when I started listening this book but by the end of the first page it was pretty clear if you want to start eating a clean healthy diet this book will definitely help. Once you start listening right off the bat from the first chapter it gives you suggestions, clear explanations, and a list of food that will help you start your of clean eating. It gives you an exact menu and instructions that will help you if you are trying to start clean eating but are confused or scared then I recommend this book to you it will meet all of your expectations as it did mine.

I loved this book, it demystified so many things for me...about food and fasting! I have to unlearn a lot of what we have been taught/raised to believe about food... it has been a reawakening for me! I find my days of fasting are full of energy and clarity of mind, and the fear of hunger pangs taking over my body functions is a total myth!
