Loved it... great and simple technique for getting past the old neural wiring and brain defaults to push through and do what we all know we should but get tripped up in the exicution.

We're in the middle of an epidemic of average. So-called "normal" people get up every day, go to work, do what's asked of them, leave promptly at five, and return home to sit on the couch and watch TV. Society tells us that this is what it means to lead a balanced life. Don't stress too much or work too hard. Your career isn't everything. But Grant Cardone thinks this preoccupation with balance has really just given an excuse to be mediocre.

I don't personally love the financial flash, but I totally get it... and if you focus on the message it's one of working in your power, no excuses and fluff, and just running way the heck outside the masses and heard mentality... and how to help others do the same by our example. I appreciate a book that doesn't mince words or coddle the psyche. Thank you Grant Cardone for sharing your passion and tools for stearing obsession.

Very impressed that the most up to date research is well summarized and incorporated in Dr. Brogan's work... along with practices and strategies that are yet to be explained (but effective for those willing to use anything to heal). I was happily supprized that this is far from a work on just healing from depression; I'll be using it at a resource for those healing from hormonal and lifestyle imbalances in general.

Thank you Dr. Brogan, for taking medicine to a higher level.

In The Dorito Effect, Mark Schatzker shows us how our approach to the nation's number-one public health crisis has gotten it wrong. The epidemics of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes are not tied to the overabundance of fat or carbs. Instead we have been led astray by the growing divide between flavor - the tastes we crave - and the underlying nutrition.
