This book is great, great for people who want get a healthier life style and losing weight. It outlines a 28 day diet where you can pick from hundreds of recipes for your meals. Unlike a lot of cook books, this book contains recipes that will have your mouth watering, everything from breakfast to desserts. On top that these recipes are a great way to get on to a healthy track. Its also well organized and keeps in mind for people on the go. The books goes through how the meal plans should be used and how to set up meals for the week. It tells in great detail what foods are good and bad as well as the effects on your body likes foods that help with boosting your energy.

I really enjoyed listening The Clean Eating Plan. I'm currently working on changing my lifestyle by cutting out unhealthy fats and incorporating more fresh fruits.and veggies in my diet. This book is exactly what I needed to gain the knowledge I need to make my healthy living a success. I especially love the different recipes. I myself have tried making a few of these recipes and they were wonderful!! I love how there are ideas for snack as well as full meals. I'm excited to take the knowledge I have and keep it with me on my weight loss journey.
