this book was recommended to me by an instructor my senior year of undergrad, and I chose to wait to read it until about a year later. Long story short, that was a terrible decision.

This book is a must read for anyone even thinking of going in to the strength and conditioning field. It is one that I will read and re- read at least once a great.

I was skeptical that this book could live up to the legacy carved by the original series, but after the long wait, I am one again addicted to the saga of Darrow of Lycos. This story is masterfully written, teeming with twists, and full of characters, both new and old for the reader to simultaneously love and hate. I cannot wait for the rest.
