The narrator's voice was more pleasing in this compared to some of the narrators from similar titles. However, a few chapters in and I realized this book is basically trivia organized in paragraphs. Normally I'm into books like this because the author provides thoughtful commentary about the trivia, but sadly that was not the case with this book.

Most of the content in this book is of a woman's story about how she was abused as a kid, tried to get a straight edge career, and left that for porn where she proceeded to blow money up her nose, and eventually decide she must be wise because of her experiences. What I wanted from this book was an insider's memoirs and a behind the scenes look at porn– where the narrator wasn't a train wreck.
This book is very good if you'd like a well flushed character study of what it's like to be a genuine bimbo. In that regard, it's pretty educational in order to understand how that fantasy can manage to function in the real world. The voice actress was well picked, and I really felt like a blonde was reading to me.

I'm picking on this story not out of hate for bimbos, but disappointment with Audible's lack of books on this subject matter/from this perspective. It's sad that this is pretty much their only book written by someone who has done porn. If this was only one book in a collection it'd be one thing, but this seems to be the only representation of this niche.

Disappointing in its entirely porn 101 delivery. Maybe this would have been helpful when I was in middle school. Also, most of the content is lists of websites, not actual wordage. Kudos to Violet Blue for those she has helped with this book, but I was expecting much more.
