Life 3.0 should a must read for people interacting or soon to be interacting with AI, which by the way is everyone!

Really liked how educates, challenges and also clarifies all the misconceptions about our future alongside a Super Intelligence and gives you a framework on how to address this topic from the perspective of vision and action rather than fear.

Present moment awareness is an essential ingredient in life if one expects to experience any degree of authentic peace and contentment. It has been acknowledged for centuries as the cornerstone of spiritual awakening in all traditions of Eastern thought. In the West, however, it is still a relatively unrecognized concept for living.
