A resident of one of LA's toughest neighborhoods uses his blistering intellect to solve the crimes the LAPD ignores. East Long Beach. The LAPD is barely keeping up with the neighborhood's high crime rate. Murders go unsolved, lost children unrecovered. But someone from the neighborhood has taken it upon himself to help solve the cases the police can't or won't touch. They call him IQ. He's a loner and a high school dropout, his unassuming nature disguising a relentless determination and a fierce intelligence.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I would recommend this book to anyone and have. I love the way this book is writtern. It is written from his perspective with science backing him. He made me get back into my meditation practice. I felt like he was speaking to me.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Success Through Stillness?

Loved the part where he talked about places to meditate. His point about using your car or the bathroom has really opened my eyes to the fact that you can meditate anywhere. This has profoundly help me be consistent. Thank you Russell.

Any additional comments?

I recommend you read the Autobiography of a Yogi as well.
