If you understand the power of prayer and are aware of the spiritual warfare that believers are engaged in daily,
If you want an inside view of what happens in the supernatural, you should read this book.

I read the book about 15 years ago and saw this audio version so I purchased it to re-read.
Loved it as much this time as the first time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In this classic fantasy novel from author Michael Ende, small and insignificant Bastian Balthazar Bux is nobody's idea of a hero, least of all his own. Then, through the pages of an ancient, mysterious book, he discovers the enchanted world of Fantastica, and only Bastian himself can save the fairy people who live there. Shy, awkward Bastian is amazed to discover that he has become a character in the mysterious book he is reading and that he has an important mission to fulfill.

It is amazing that the tone and content of this book continues right were Vince Flynn left off. Kyle Mills doesn't miss a beat. This is Mitch Rapp at his best and it is always entertaining with George Guidall narrating it.

If you live the series, you'll love this book.

I honestly thought I would not get to hear from Mitch Rapp again - I am glad I was wrong.
I am getting ready to download the next one.

It is a short read but the suspense is good.
If you have an interest in this topic - Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) this is a good story.
If you are a serious end time prepare, you may like it - but you'll have to read it as a novel and not as a manual. Some of the events have been greatly accelerated but it's a novel.

I recommend this if you are looking for a quick 4-5 hr suspenseful novel.

One woman taught them how to love, trust, and respect one another. She was the only glue that kept them together, the only one they wanted to please and never let down. The story was interesting, a big stretch from reality - but it's a story. The enjoyment was stolen because of the very crude language. It was over the top. If you like the street thug life and language, you will enjoy this but I find it very distasteful. I did not return the book, although I was tempted, because i just returned 2 other bad choices and I did not want to be flagged as abusing the return policy. If you can handle the crude language, there is an interesting story line buried in there. Not my kind of book though. Thought I'd try a few new choices but guess I'll go back to the familiar authors and books.

This may be the fastest that I have finished any of the 120 books in my library.... I thoroughly enjoyed this story. As a Christian, I am very familiar with the bible and this story follows the letter of the Word almost precisely. There is certainly some literally license taken, but if you know the bible, you will know the greatest majority follows the scriptures and adds flavor to some of the things the bible is silent on - and it is done beautifully.

I loved the story, I loved the narration, I love the impact of the story.
Great Book!!! ... now I will go see the movie.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND WILL GIFT IT TO SEVERAL PEOPLE
