This narrator is absolutely the worst I've ever heard on Audible and I have over 4,000 titles in my library. I couldn't finish and I shall be requesting my Credit back..

Mr Klav seems to lack even the most basic understanding of English and his pronunciation of certain words (like Quantico), is just bizarre. Is there no quality control at Audible? I cannot believe this is a professional narrator, or a native English speaker, or actually a human being, come to that.

The narration completely spoiled what should have been a compelling story. He made it boring, tedious and impossible to get through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned!!!!

I really enjoyed this story. It was original and engaging. My biggest gripe is the narrator's attempt at an English accent. Beyond Bad!!! And for heaven's sake, is it really too hard to learn how to pronounce the word Thames, as in the river?. It does NOT rhyme with 'games'!!!!!. This was lazy and sloppy.

I normally really enjoy Douglas' books. I buy them without even finding out what they are about! This was his weakest story to date. A waste of my 13 hours and credit. Avoid.

Very well written and performed. Although a YA book, this 50 something really enjoyed it. A solid time-travel tale.

HOWEVER!!! It ends on a cliffhanger - almost mid-sentence. The next book is only 4 hours long, which I think is bit of a rip-off for a whole credit. Books 2 and 3 should have been bundled together.

So, if you feel it's worth the credit, jump in and get the first. If not, dont start the series.

I'm still considering!

The story is very good, but quite chilling. But I have to comment on the superlative narration of Ray Porter. He just seems to get better and better. I have nearly 1000 audiobooks in my library and Ray Porter has to be THE best narrator out there!! The piece where he describes how he likes his omelettes is simply genius. This alone should win him some awards.

I downloaded this without listening to a sample, because the combination of Maberry and Porter is simply top notch. Never, never change him!!!

Fantastically interesting book. I listened to it pretty much in one go. Could not put it down. This sheds an entirely new light onto historical events, not least the supposed invincibility of the German army in the early stages of the war.

Fascinating, absorbing listen. I have been telling everyone I know about the findings/revelations in this book. Totally recommended, plus top-notch narration.

The storyline was an original take on zombies, but the execution was poor.

I didn't like the narrator's rather halting and odd delivery. But the worst of it was his attempt to do a British accent. It was absolutely appalling. Given that one of the major characters is (meant) to be an English aristocrat, every time that person appeared I was pulled out of the story.

Also the author has absolutely no idea how British people actually speak. The character's use of language was all over the place. From antiquated Jeeves and Wooster type idiom, to alleged Cockney. From the mouth of a supposed aristocrat. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

I'm asking for my credit back.

I really, really wish I had come to this series about 5 years from now, when it's all over and I could go straight on to the next book. Now I'm going to have to wait a year for the next one.

Outstanding story, superlative narration. I love, love love Ray Porter. I want his babies :)!!

He is THE best narrator on Audible. I was on the edge of my seat and was left feeling empty when it was over. Roll on 2017!

This story makes no sense. If the Interlopers are so common, then everyone should be infected in childhood. I couldn't get past this glaring error in logic.

The narration is also pretty ropey. Ben Browder slurs his words and his articulation in poor. All in all I lost interest part way through and didn't really care what happened in the end.
