If you could sum up The Gray Man in three words, what would they be?

Gripping, Exciting, Entertaining

What did you like best about this story?

From start to finish I was hooked, did not take pages to get into things. The ending did not leave one with more questions than answers. Brilliant pace. This is my first ever action novel and was surprised at how much I loved it. I am hooked and will read all the books in this series.

Have you listened to any of Jay Snyder’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is my first listen to jay Snyder and he is brilliant. There is so many characters in this book and he has does an great job, I had to smile a bit at the female voices. Would look out for more books narrated by him.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Both! The sarcasm and dry humor is awesome.

Any additional comments?

Such an awesome action packed book! Loved it and want to start reading it again.

This was one of the best books I have listened to in a while! I love the narrator! She is absolutely brilliant. The story just comes alive.
I will definitely be looking for more books of both the author and Narrator.

Trapped in a boring job and living in a tiny apartment in New York, Julie Powell regularly finds herself weeping on the way home from work. Then one night, through her mascara-smudged eyes, Julie notices that the few items she's grabbed from the Korean grocery store are the very ingredients for Potage Parmentier, as described in Julia Childs' legendary cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking. And The Project is born.

Book Good, Narrater not so much

I think I would have enjoyed the book much more if I actually read it. Julie Powell is a wonderful author but she should not have narrated the book. It was very difficult to Distinguish between the characters and at times she even sounded bored and slightly irritated. I stopped for I could not listen to her voice any longer.
The movie does it no justice, the best thing about the movie is Meryll Streep.
But good book overall.

According to The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch - the world's only totally reliable guide to the future - the world will end on a Saturday. Next Saturday, in fact. Just after tea...The armies of Good and Evil are amassing, the Four Bikers of the apocalypse are revving up, and everything appears to be going according to Divine Plan. Except that a somewhat fussy angel and a fast-living demon are not particularly looking forward to the coming rapture.

Not your typical Terry Pratchett book, but awesome. I loved the pace of the book and the characters, as they always are with Terry, is rich and colorful. This is my first introduction to Neil Gaiman's work and I love it.
Stephen Briggs is an amazing narrator.
