When you want to skip all the terrible stupid books that just parrot everybody else's ideas about weight loss, you end up with this book and find yourself overwhelmed by the authenticity of its information. Nice job.

I truly enjoyed this 4 in 1 book that goes over all the different things like sleeping and weight loss, ketogenic food sources, the diet's disadvantages, and many other scientific, honest things.
