After her livelihood slips through her fingers, Alexandra Mountbatten takes on an impossible post: transforming a pair of wild orphans into proper young ladies. However, the girls don’t need discipline. They need a loving home. Try telling that to their guardian, Chase Reynaud: duke’s heir in the streets and devil in the sheets. The ladies of London have tried - and failed - to make him settle down. Somehow, Alexandra must reach his heart....without risking her own.

I'm not giving you absolutely any spoilers. Mainly because you just have to read/hear it for yourselves. The story is sweet, sad and as always FUNNY. Don't forget full of heart. Not only is the writing brilliant the performance doesn't miss a beat. I can't wait for the next one....But I suppose I must.

Trina Petrov’s marriage-by-contract was only meant to be temporary. But when tragedy strikes, Trina is left one of the wealthiest women in the world. To recover from the shock, she takes some time off in Italy, swearing not to fall for any men while there. But that doesn’t mean she can’t fall for anyone on the trip home. Country-music superstar Wade Thomas is lying low in a hotel bar when he gets the cold shoulder from the woman next to him. He’s used to fans fawning at his boots, and Trina is a refreshing change - so is the fact that she has no idea who he is.

No one would guess that she spends her nights protecting the street urchins of St. Giles. Ophelia knows what horrors these children face. The story was okay. Not what I was expecting. But the performance killed me! No feelings in tone. It was so monotone I was DYING to hurry it on. She did the men's voices fairly well. It was just so BORING to listen to. I might have enjoyed the story more if I just read it myself.

If you haven't read the Sinful Brides Series first I highly recommend it. Not only will you fall in love with this family. You will be lost in most of the back story. As usual I love the relationship between the brothers and the way they interact and look out for each other. Finding out about Cleopatra and Adairs past will tear at your heart and will keep you on the edge till the end.
The book leaves you with more questions than answers and eagerly waiting for the next installment!
Tim Campbell performance allows you to 'see' each character clearly! Very few narrators can pull off that many voices female and male. Meanwhile you clearly know who's talking even before it's mentioned! Amazing job to both!
