The message of the book waa made easily understandable by the tenderness and feeling in the voice of the narrator. It's message is profound and greatly needed in the 21st century. I'd like to say that because we're Christians and we follow Jesus teaching that the blessing is like second nature to me. The reality is that I've heard few things so important and so valuable that they have impacted my heart the sane way this book did. I certainly wasn't disappointed and I believe it will touch your life pin ways that will bites and challenge you to follow Jesus just a little bit closer.

Joel Salatin is perhaps the nation's best known farmer, whose environmentally friendly, sustainable Polyface Farms has been featured in Food, Inc. and Time magazine. Now, in his first audiobook written for a faith audience, Salatin offers a deeply personal argument for earth stewardship and calls for fellow Christians to join him in looking to the Bible for a foodscape in line with spiritual truth.

Very interesting, out of the ordinary, perspective. A good blend of fact, analysis and making it a very pallatable and easy to understand his thought processes.
The question, "Is nature more biological or more mechanical?" stood out to me the most on my first time through Rhett book.
Go ahead, read (listen to) it. Let your biases be challenged.
Really, does God care how we take care of His resources (creation)? Does it really matter?

The rise of secular gods presents the most serious challenge to the absolute claims of Christ since the founding of Christianity itself. The Christian worldview has not only been devalued and dismissed by modern culture, but its believers are openly ridiculed as irrelevant. In Jesus Among Secular Gods, Ravi Zacharias and Vince Vitale challenge the popular "isms" of the day, skillfully pointing out the fallacies in their claims and presenting compelling evidence for revealed absolute truth as found in Jesus.

It's pretty heavy material, yet very inspirational. I will be listening to it more to gain a more complete understanding.

Here is a soul-stirring story of two college friends who reconnect after 20 years. One is living life apart from God, in comfortable corporate America; the other is living for Christ under intense persecution in China. This challenging book will convince readers to live in the light of eternity.

I'm blessed beyond words with this story. The power of prayer and the love our Heavenly Father has for those who make their need of Him known.
