The first book in C.J.Cherryh's eponymous series, Foreigner begins an epic tale of the survivors of a lost spacecraft who crash-land on a planet inhabited by a hostile, sentient alien race. From its beginnings as a human-alien story of first contact, the Foreigner series has become a true science fiction odyssey, following a civilization from the age of steam through early space flight to confrontations with other alien species in distant sectors of space. It is the masterwork of a truly remarkable author.

A werewolf walks into a bar. Tank is working as a bouncer when he notices something odd about the sexy-as-sin bartender. He’s odorless, he’s amazingly popular with shifters, and he’s terrified. A man without a smell. Isaac is trying to escape his past. He hides in San Francisco, because everyone knows that there are no werewolves in the Bay Area. Until one walks into his bar. Can a gentle werewolf with a trampled heart show a man who’s been running scared that sometimes there are monsters worth running towards?

This was an amazing listen although the omega didn't sound like he was African -American even if he was gay not trying to nit pick just saying . Anyway on to the review this was a unique take on the shifter society with shifters having to get bitten by an Alpha to change even if they come from shifter families . And this couple was awesome although at times the insecurity of both main characters became a little too much don't get me wrong I get why both of the mains felt the way that they did it was just a lot at times . And the sex scenes where scorching hot 🔥 THE KINK WAS STRONG IN THIS ONE LOL . I thought that this story was beautifully told and I'm looking forward too Collin and Judes story .

This is the second book in this series this time it's Gordo and Mark's story how they met how they fell in love and how they reconciled with each other from the tragedy of their past . In this book we find out what's causing the wolves to go feral and spiral out of control as two of the Bennett pack become infected . We find out that the acting Alpha was never gonna step down and let Joe take over and that she was willing to do anything including working with hunters to kill the Banner pack off using the excuse of the infection not getting out . Than we finally hear from Gordos father who's plotting with Michelle Hues to take out the Bennett pack out .Can't wait till the next book comes out in December this time it's Robbie time to shine looking forward to this .

This is one of the most unique amazing beautiful M/M shifter books that I have ever read/listened too this author knows how to write a incredible story . The main characters where so real so endearing I was so invested in their love story . Not to mention all of the amazing supporting characters plus a villain who was truly evil but all to human you could see how he lost his way after the tragedy that he went through . And how Richard use that tragedy as and excuse to do terrible thing's . I have read this book and Ravensong in digital but when I saw that these books were on Audible I was curious to see how these amazing book's would sound being narrated and it didn't disappoint awesome voice actor .

Another amazing read all the action and intrigue that I've come to expect from this author plus a crossover from a spin-off . I was wondering when that would happen considering these two series are in the same universe with characters from the first book . Anyway can't wait for the next book I'm ready for Damian to find out who's really behind this conspiracy and just who is this Winton person who seems to be playing both parties .

The plot of this series is in my opinion perfect I can not wait until Damien finally get to the bottom of this whole affair . I can't say that I'm a fan of breaking a main character down too the point that Damien has been I mean come on messing up his runes like that I would not have gone that route anyway looking forward to the next book .

Okay wasn't feeling this one mainly because the main protagonist wasn't even in this book . This was about Damian 's old crew plus there was a two year or more time skip a whole bunch of new characters I just couldn't connect with anyone in this book . I liked the crew but not enough to read about them without the main character . This book just wasn't a exciting as the first one . Here's hoping that the next book will be better .
